No point for Joe as you obviously misunderstood what I said. Any new shareholder should have the ability of requesting past financial reports, if an NDA is required one should be sent for signature and return to see those financials. But since this company has not even responded to repeated emails the point of an NDA and not following the rules is all BS.

So let's say person A buys telvue shares today for the first time and would like to see last years quarterly reports, they email the company, CFO and the PR Rep to request them, they receive no response from either. So what's the problem?? Person A is following the rules, yet still no response. MMMMMM quarterly reports??? NO just read the PR's.
