I am hurt. Jack gets the same information that everyone else gets. He got to read 2 quarters of information you did not get because you have not signed the NDA.
There is not a single company anywhere in the world more paranoid about inside information than TelVue. Every worker who has ever worked for TelVue has been warned about the purchase of company stock. "We are a very small company and as such the chance of inside information getting out is high". "Therefore it is advisable for employees of TelVue not to buy shares of company stock".

Say the words SEC at a shareholders meeting and people turn to stone.
It has nothing to do with the fear that the company has now or at anytime done anything against the rules and regulations.
You have a company here that followed ever rule and ever regulation as they reported exactly on time for about 20 years. It was time for them to go dark and make money without the added expense of a government entity the is completely worthless.
I think it was Ronnie Regan who said the phrase---"The most feared words ever should be "Hello Im from the government and I'm here to help".
