I think this lawsuit will be the end of Dimension , as well as the founder. first , DFMI has no right to transfer the VDK1.0/1.9 without the approval of TMMI even DFMI can provide the legal merger of DFI and DFMI, because this technology belonged to TMMI then, which was purchased from ISI back in March of 1992 and paid in full. If DFMI can not prove that DFI and DFMI were merged legally , the DFMI has no right to transfer DFI's product to DFMI either . So, in my opinion, DFMI will lose no matter what
