Yes> So, VDK1.0/1.9 was purchased by TMMI in 1993 and paid in full, but it was 1992 and by 1993 the codec was updated from VDK 1.0-1.4 to VDK 1.9 ........ So how can DFMI transfer this technology to DFMI without the approval of TMMI back in 2002 ??? You can't!!. TMMI owns 100% of DFI and 100% of the codec!!. The purpose to this lawsuit was to shelf the product, but now it has turned into a bloodbath and if this case goes to Jury Trial TMMI wins hands down because of discovery. I have always said 51% 49% TMMI it's not pretty, but it's a win; A last and final time win as TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
