Agree they are all grossly overpaid - BOD is captured - what we need is something like what happened to NAVB to occur here:

NAVB produces a radiodiagnostic for detecting cancerous lymph nodes, Lymphoseek. They botched the NDA because of a mfg problem, got a CRL, which forced them into a couple horrible financial deals and lots of dilution. One of their biggest long term supporters has been Platinum-Montaur, an activist venture capital group, who owns ~ 9.9% of the company. When LS sales fell flat after approval, PM forced themselves onto the BOD and slashed exec compensation - unfortunately we don't have a VC firm with holdings large enough to force a change in the BOD.
