The point is that a NEW shareholder who buys even one share should be able to request the financials, if an NDA is required the company should inform shareholder of that fact and execute accordingly.

The point again for Hockmir, is what information he's received this year in reference to financials?? Has he asked, has anyone else asked?
The Point for Jack is what information he's received this year in reference to financials, as his statement appears to say he gets a lot of info from the management.

And now we are to believe that Mr Hume spends his time reading all the stock boards that alon with running his other two businesses.
