As you say the question is about TelVue which is great and financials which is cool. There are roughly 300 share holders here and those who were interested in the financials followed the rules. They requested financials and received an HDA which they signed and as a result they received all the financials.
All who followed the rules received the financials the requested. A shareholder does not have to ask nicely. All he needs to do id follow the rules. Some thought the NDA was funny. LOL LOTFLMAO.

It's the rules the company established and we followed it.
Then we have someone who made the statement that he bought 3 shaput the financials on the internet. No NDA has yet been requested.

Emmett Hume is a hard working man. Some may disagree. That's why we debate. Emmett Hume goes home at night and reads these boards and finds he is a POS and the company is a turd . With it all I suspect had the person who requested the financials would have received them with out asking nicely because Emmett Hume is a respected business man. Those of us who have the financials available have never complained because the hand writing is on the wall.
