(He proved it in his November interview when he stated that dilution was done, knowing that the only publicly available share count # was 1.2 billion, and then two months later, it was revealed that the count was over 3.2 billion) <---at the time of the interview the dilution was over. Didn't it happen ealier than that november date? He just did not reveal it to us.


They stated that the new website would be online in January, then by the end of Q1, and now...??? <----perhaps they were going to release the site in January with Circuit city and then the CC deal was pushed until march.


Billy, I am not trying to make excuses, I am just trying to follow John's thoughts and actions. I have no other explaination. How would lying about the CC deal and trying to cover it up help him? First of all, if he mislead us, he would face jail time. (?) Secondly, we would find out eventually and the pps would plummet anyway. I am trying to be positive. You are right about the DC issue. He could tyr to divert attention by doing that; but WHY WOULD CC PUT GZFX IN ^ FLORIDA STORES A WEEK BEFORE CANCELLING? Makes no sense!
