Yes that is part of the Pharma agreement, they do end up having to pay addition interest on the unpaid amount.

Thanks for bringing this up. This is important and had slipped my mind. There are other terms..They are required to inform Pharma of any material event, pay off senoir debt obligations, maintain all licensing fees etc. and I believe the debt becomes due if they sell the company or a significant portion of it.
