All the links have been posted before. It is a contract for next gen coms. It comes from the original prototypes that the same companies were invited to bring to 14.1. They apparently worked and thus the contract. These coms are for vehicle level communications including on aerostats as apart of the "areal layer." It is no real indication that LTAS would have gotten any significant part of the cash, but more that the aerostats were still in play and may lead to more orders.

We just lost one of the two subsids that are authorized to sell to the government. Now everything needs to go through GTC.
