Honestly unless someone like Denner is proactive on getting a deal done, nobody is going to approach Berger. Without the company showing some type of hint that they may be receipt to an offer, I don't think anybody will even consider making one. Contrary to what we wish for, I just don't think Berger is even considering a sale at this point. The man's ego is just too big, if he considers selling a failure on his part.
I just hope that he realizes that selling this company would be beneficial to him, the share holders and most of all the patients that desperately need help.
