You can't transfer an operating certificate. They do not belong to the corporation, they belong to the local FSDO... Denver in this case. Compare it to giving or selling your driver's license to someone else.

You can have "satellite" operations, that is perfectly acceptable. But you can't have a satellite without the central certificated entity. You can mail the piece of paper (or your driver's license for that matter) anywhere you want to. But that doesn't make it "transferred".
