Sidewinder Resources, Inc., IDCN's re-named corporation, is still administratively dissolved by the Wyoming Secretary of State as of 5/6/14:

It appears that the court-appointed custodian, Kenneth R. Ash, did not believe it was worth a $50 expenditure to bring the WY corporation back to active status.

Is Ken Ash truly acting on behalf of IDCN (Indocan Resources) shareholders? It seems he has abandoned his court-appointed role and has been acting in self interest.

He should have filed a name change with FINRA 10 days before changing the Articles of Incorporation to change name of the corporation: http://www.finra.org/Industry/Compliance/MarketTransparency/UPC/FAQ/P117315#2-3

Although Ken Ash supposedly held a meeting of the shareholders at his home a couple of months ago to elect his his personal selection of new directors, which may have been an attempt to fulfill his his court-appointed role and make himself legitimate, he has never truly acted in good faith for IDCN shareholders.
