It appears that the court-appointed custodian, Kenneth R. Ash, does not believe it is worth the $50 expenditure to bring the WY corporation current.
Is Ken Ash truly acting on behalf of IDCN (Indocan Resources) shareholders? It seems he has completely abandoned his court-appointed role.
He should have filed a name change with FINRA 10 days before changing the Aticles of Incorporation to change name of the corporation: http://www.finra.org/Industry/Compliance/MarketTransparency/UPC/FAQ/P117315#2-3
Unfortunately, Ken Ash has never fulfilled any on his obligations regarding his court-appointed role.
