BP and trials in poor countries
Anybody read le Carre's "The Constant Gardner".
fiction, of course, but I think it gives a disturbing picture of what happens when there is no honest civil authorty to monitor or regulate the trials. Or course, those that think otherwise are quickly destroying our own regulatory agencies. So, in the end, the difference is only in the cost.
Why not a licensing deal with a reputable BP? Until there is some corporate partnership and some honest money to work with, we're at the mercy of the traders/shorts, etc. as usual.
Blockbuster drugs and no honest, shareholder friendly money--That's not a good combination. Something is wrong.
