I can understand if someone doesn't want to buy a stock for their own reasons, I just don't understand what would motivate anyone to try and solicit others to stay away from or dump their stock. Weird type of manipulation.
IMO, VOIS is an excellent risk to reward type of play. There's never any guarantees in in anything. Just do your own DD, don't get caught up in the emotional games.
