There are quite a few law firms and other interested parties who represent the investing public working on this. Politics plays hard in this matter and it goes all the way to the White House and Congress. I wish it were that simple as asking the HOA to allow or disallow little pink houses on the block. I just had a heated debate with colleagues on this subject this Sunday on how to pursue this problem to get past the round-table debate and up the food chain in congress. It is not an easy proposition.
