is a newly formed entity, though Zo operated his company as an importer for years, as filed with TTB.

FINRA could be waiting, as someone suggested, on the lawsuit being settled in some way. Top Shelf says there are a little over 1B OS, but that POS Huffy is trying to claim his client Klein owns another 1B via 60 preferred shares. NV SOS says the 60 preferred shares don't exist. The court will figure it out at some point.

FINRA just wants an accurate share count. The last 8K contains an accurate share count.
