jist: I believe Merritt once stated that IDCC's licensing team is in talks with many potential licensees. I would assume that Microsoft is now among them.

It would seem reasonable that Merritt would say something about the Nokia/Microsoft agreement during his prepared remarks. If he does not, I would expect that an analyst would bring up the subject.

In any event, based on past conference calls, I don't expect any major new information to be provided.
