Yes - IPR is much needed for "horse trading" in the industry.
BTW - I LOVE the Nokia/TXN/ST deal....one of the best things that could have happened for CDMA, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA ......and Qualcomm . I stated such on the QCOM board.
Over here - I think it is a VERY GOOD THING for IDCC too.
