1. no. we're not splitting hairs (or hares either)
2. IMO (since you asked) no. You can throw a lot of stuff on paper....making it work in reality is another - also don't forget that you should have committed customers....know your market, have sales and engineering in place, etc.

BTW - this was out in February....not news today.
