I have read the comments on this board with interest and appreciation of everyone's research and opinions. LP's comments certainly give rise to expectations of data discussion on Direct at ASCO. But here is still my concern. The ASCO rules are at best ambiguous. If NWBO's poster and abstract will include data on Direct results, any thoughts on why NWBO's abstract was not selected for oral presentation, but IMUC's was, and why NWBO's press release does not say it will release results data, but IMUC's does? (IMUC explicitly says its Abstract 2005 "updates" OS results for the whole trial population and for key subgroups. See also ONCS's press release that its Abstract includes "unreleased data." I know NWBO is in a different trial status, but...) Am I missing something? I am long, but concerned ASCO expectations are too high. I would nonetheless expect release of interim data on Direct shortly after ASCO if not released at ASCO. Thanks for any input.
