Whats Cookin How did you figure all this out? From your post about a month ago. 45 employees all he does is run ads in the paper but cannot find qualified help. And alot less than 6.1 billion shares who told you that the good doctor while he was giving patients rectal exams?

If we didn't have the internet with all this publically available information, I'd never say that, given Hilal's silence. But he really isn't being silent anymore..the website is LOADED with information for investors. And he's hiring 6 new people, he's got 45 employees with what has to be a multi-million dollar payroll and benefits, there have been no RegDs in seven years, and his share structure is probably a lot less than the 6.1 billion fully diluted shares.
