No, I am stating the obvious. Make no mistake, I am a long here, but I think the risk is increasing for more dilution as the weeks go by without any news of contracts/sales. If the share price goes down to 15 cents or less, I will buy more. But it is more along the line of a Las Vegas gamble rather than a good investment.
