Re: Voting for Casablanca's Slate at CLF July 29 Meeting...

Assuming that Casablanca will get their slate of directors, I have become more concerned about which of the current board members will remain to fill the four seats not contested by Casablanca.

In particular, I would like to ensure that James Kirsch is not on the future board. So, I'm likely to vote for a selected set of the current board that does not include Kirsch. Or, if given the option, to specifically cast all my votes against Kirsch.
