Could it be that Garth is warning ICBT investors that the NEXT ICBT Reverse stock split is about to happen sense the ICBT A/S is Maxed Out ??

..........................ICBT Reverse Split is due NOW, the A/S is maxed out and the only thing to do is what Garth has done in the past with ICBT....every 3 years.......Yes folks, the dreaded ongoing Reverse Stock Splits.
