But why would anyone think of doing this in a company that has increased it's shares by 64 Times in the past 2 years.. ,, not in the view of some.. Happy trading and good luck to all the newbee's..

Has anyone ever thought about the shares the President converted from the preferred coming to the market..?? At $0.01 the 100,000,000 shares were worth a cool ONE $Million$..

Besides after he converted he doubled the remaining preferred conversion by 2 to 800,000,000 all with a stroke of the pen W/O any compensation to the company or other shareholders.. Remember all he needs is one preferred share to control and a pen to increase his conversion rights..

At present if 800,000,000 possible shares could come to the market because control is by the preferred and common share ownership means squat..

$1,000,000.00 at a penny is not chump change.. It's actually more than the company makes in a year..!!!.. Just Saying..

But they are so transparent,,,
