It's just confirmation that the gov intends to move forward with Jieddo. Last year there was talk that it might be eliminated, then in Dec Jieddo was to be scaled back from 3000 to 400 in manpower. With this budget crunch and the winding down of Afghanistan, anything was possible and this 5 year contract shows they are moving forward with Jieddo. Of course we still need the Bib sales to happen which is our bottom line.
