Just sent the following to Tom.

Heard from Steve that the company is considering a shareholder update. For your consideration, here are the items that I would appreciate an update on:

1. Am I right that the company will need to raise money around Sept. Oct. this year and the company can only sell shares to LPC when the share price is above $1? Does the company have in place some other way to raise money?

2. How would the company characterize the current state of the material? Is it ready for commercial use yet? if not, does the company have an estimate of when it may be ready?

3. "Combine Multiple Chromophores into a Single Polymer Host", does the company has any performance property yet? Has it being sent to any independent lab for evaluation yet? When is the result expected?

4. Does the company has any comment about http://www.soluxra.com/PhotonicMaterials.html, specifically, the claim of "They are CMOS process compatible and adaptable for large-scale photonic integration", and "up to 200 pm/V at telecommunication wavelengths"?
