yea,they probably (madcatz) start a lawsuit, but what exactly has NTEK done wrong yet? they have not released any of the magic boxes to be reviewed,or havent sold any yet......probably the main reason for the delay.....
Since last Jan 2013, I believe ntek has misrepresented themselves in various ways about product and product in progress and questionable press releases that would strongly be ammunition for a stock manipulation campaign fraud lawsuit. Just because no product or service is sold to the public does not mean ntek hasn't knowingly committed stock fraud. Pink sheet shells sell the idea of products and services without said products and services every day in the otc and many are litigated for it.
Ntek is looking to be one of the next ones for possible suspension and sec investigations. Quite strongly right about now.
