yea,they probably (madcatz) start a lawsuit, but what exactly has NTEK done wrong yet? they have not released any of the magic boxes to be reviewed,or havent sold any yet......probably the main reason for the delay.....

by the way, that picture floating around with the FCC sticker on the underside of the N P 1....where did that come from? if I remember correctly that photo was taken by and posted by someone who attended
CES.....so NTEK did not release that photo....dont believe they ever wanted that part seen.......
