In my view, the expectation of dilution is the single most important aspect of Wave's price.

All the chatter about future markets is the celebration of costs which the company cannot absorb.

Mobile equals development. Development equals expense.

Wave can solve most of its immediate problems via embedded income. Low price, high volume. Generate $8m or so per quarter rather than $6m.

I suspect that this is Solm's immediate tactical response to Wave's cash shortfalls. Focus on breadth.

If Wave has a stable balance sheet and even a small growth rate, everything changes for investors.
