JB, excellent to see your post. You and Meridian bring detailed knowledge of the players and the playing field to those of us across the ocean.

Your comments about the Fat Lady (J.H.) and other events are probably all right on.

Except possibly for the Chevron dilling details, as there are people on the board experienced in deep ocean oil exploration.

I hope and assume PSC's will get signed on March 14.

I don't think it will get to where Sao Tome and the US majors call the shots for the JDZ. If they did, the JDA/JMC recommendations and approvals would be a lot different.
