Drilla this is brazil not Canada or the U.S...look at all the shady inside deals mgt has done to enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders..hrt has a deliberate policy to keep shareholders in the dark..if this had been the U.S. you would have multiple class action lawsuits..imo that poison pill is not worth the paper it is printed on
