how can the company get taken private,
without paying shareholders multiples of current share price?

We still have the "poison pill"...

it won't happen in my opinion.

Mello is looking for Partners on behalf of all shareholders,
and yes jg is the major one,
I think we all agree HRT needs Partner(s) in Namibia.
