This is confusing. The reverse split did not hurt the shareholders % ownwership: it was the 87.5 million in restricted shares that reduced the ownership to 1% for shareholders if the deal with IGU goes forward. Are you suggesting that the deal with IGU is now getting cancelled? Obviously Dawson and Moreno think the deal is on; though he did say in one email posted earlier today here that it will be his; to me meaning it is not his yet.
