I work for the Federal government.
I hate to tell you this, but the wheels turn very slowly if at all. There is very little accountability as far as enforcing much of anything. Anyone thinking big brother is actually going to step in and put a stop to naked shorting is going to be dead and in the grave long before any substainial strides are made toward enforcing it.
