I did a system wide search with my Windows 7 (don't think I had this capability in my old XP) and found the email (and response) inside an old archived Outlook PST file. Turns out I sent the email in 2007 not 2006. Below is the email and response. It doesn't offer any answer other than another contact which I can't remember whether I tried to follow up on. The response may present a good lead for a contact though. I sent this email approx 30 days after FH issued the PR.

RESPONSE..... I am not aware of whether or not Linco Ltd. has a website, sorry. I suggest you ask the www.uptick.com people who are working with Cetek. Below is their contact info.
