I'll second that whole list!... my thinking too...The ITAR requires an internal compliance person to always make sure they are on top of EVERYTHING... including the financial part of things.... if a company starts getting large contracts for items that fit within the ITAR "rules" it is seriously tracked....

Again I don't think Mr. H will risk losing his ITAR and resulting contracts, or have them halted if he is found to be cheating the share holders of his public company... he is about to become a lot more public and needs to perform as such or WE will make sure the clients, military or not, know about how he is not honest with us, how about with their money and their specifications? Cut corners ANYWHERE in a company expected to perform at the level of ITAR and you're done!!! ANY CORNERS... HONEST AND RELIABLE is critical...

so I'm going with uplist and PR's soon too....
