Wialan will use funds from this investment agreement to fund its expansion strategy.

Since then there has been news of a $5m finance package, in addition, during last CC former wlan CEO Freifeld mentioned that he had multiple financing offers presently on his desk to review.. In excess of (7) months since Peabody pr'd financing deal and still no news...wlan stated they would not appease shareholders with fluff pr's but their actions speaking louder than their words. Wlan needs to step up and engage in another shareholder CC and expand on past pr news....is Hughes an "associate" or a biz revenue "partner"? ..Rostov loi still uncommitted or finalized?,,is Haiti deal a Good Samaritan program or revenue generating?..just who are our Mexico and Dominican partners( wlan coyly refers to Hughes "In Association")..and what entity are these partnerships "Registered" with? ..hiring of new wlan CEO so close...yet seems so far away..I'm certain CC listeners will take a more participatory role if wlan obliges.
I'm thinking there are still many wlan shareholders that have not implemented a flipping strategy, held shares hoping to invest (contrary to victors opinion) in potentially a wifi player. At minimum, these "investors" are entitled to transparent updates.
