norc..excellent point. But some of us are worn out. And legal confrontation will take $$$$ and nobody wants to really front those dollars. Especially after seeing their equity worth dwindle following the 2002 R/S.

Launching legal action is easier said than done. Attorneys don't really want a part of it with a pinky stock selling at .0001. The SH have to front all of the expenses. That required coordination and leadership by at least one SH.
