I am hanging out with my shares, HOWEVER FH and his legal did NOT handle this well at all. If they were going to RS this the way they handled it is just plain dumb. Really foolish on their parts. You announce something relevant (cause you haven't in a decade!), the PPS goes up. You announce a few deals if you need compliance and THEN you do with the spin that this had to be done because........They only way this makes sense is with a merger or complete buyout. If not they just plain ol dropped the ball and badly.....again.
