Let's suppose, perhaps, it's to uplist.

I really feel like this is an overreaction. I don't really understand why an R/S for a legit company is a bad thing, especially when everyone cries about dilution (which isn't even a bad thing 100% of the time, if it's to a productive end, e.g. a well thought out acquisition.
