And my point is companies cannot simply perform R\S whenever they feel like it. Whether it be the SEC or some other authoritative body, someone else has the final say. I don't even know why this is being discussed at this point anyway.

Trade at your comfort level and manage your risks.

I'll let you worry about those small details while I make some money.
