This has nothing to do with fairness. It is a public statement about a contract that will have ramifications for the school district and the investors in ECDC. They can not and will not name a school district because it most likely does not exist. How about fairness to the investors in ECDC. Shouldn't the contact be made public so that both the school system and the company prosper from confirmation of an actual contact that may result in revenue? People should stop trying to defend this crook and make him provide proof and details of these so called contracts.
