StudentConnect Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of East Coast Diversified Corporation (OTCQB: ECDC), today announced that it has granted exclusive territorial licensing rights and the marketing of StudentConnect technologies to Smart1st LLC, a Lebanon based technology company.
