This is very likely a drive by U.S. and others to get rid of Jaafari/Rubaie that are the government that signed an accord with Iran to not be hostile to each other and also supportive of each other(these exist as documents for both Iraq and Iran, it was all very official, and done in Tehran).
Get rid of them and U.S. can work to declare that treaty null and void.

U.S. is in maximum nefarious action.

This is where Sadr comes in---he supported Jaafari---now what next???
