Okay... question to those who know

The PR said within 30 days the merger will be signed and completed... that was March 4, 2014 that it came out...

Tell me what day it is today and what has been done so far... any filings indicating they merged? any filings indicating dividend issued? any filings indicating anything about the two companies?
