Hello Itesprit. You know I have always wondered something about that.
When shares are restricted, lets say three years from now, is it not of some benefit to us? What I mean is say the stock is .03 the day before the restricted stock become unrestricted, then when the flood gates open(assuming the parties sell) would that not drive the price down? I would think we would have some sort of advantage with that and attempt to sell the shares before the restriction maturity date. I don't know if I explained properly but I would hope ther is some positive to us that there is much restricted stock out there as well that Frank holds his half of share ate least without selling into the market. Or perhaps restriction does not matter, shit is shit.
