this took me about 30 seconds to pop up
Untill's web page - go to links
hit the only link listed
it is a company who install property management things.
They have recently installed for Coast Hotels (USA and CANADA)
got to their website
they have over 40 hotels all over, you can bet that they are using the same systems in all hotels, or damn near.
im not saying that they sold their system to the same hotels that bought the property management system, but it is ceratinly a possibility
there is actually a banner running across the top that says "international resellers wanted" maybe they are just trying to penetrate the market over here. im not quite sure what to think
almost every nation except ours? .... i know spanish and french (speaking) both do
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_separator#Comma_countries
i *believe* it was the end of last week. Dont quote me on that though...id have to look at the article again
someone just painted the asks, only 250$ bewtween the two, one person could have done it...lol
14,000 million IS 14 billion.
14 million is 14 million
140 million is 140 million
1400 million is 1.4 billion
14000 million is 14 billion
it hasnt been announced, i encourage you to read about dividends though, a knowledgable investor is always a better investor
true but we are down a bit over 60%
thank you
it was kind of rhetorical, lol
beautiful, but the way you were saying it is still NOT correct. you cannot have a price that is down 150% percent. PLEASE that is the whole purpose behind public companies. investors are only liable for their original investment, which would then be 100% of their investment. No wheres near 150%. SO you cant say that the stock price is 150% below the pre split Or immediate post split price
what if 2$ turned into 1$, is it a 100% loss? or 50% loss?
this is actually hilarious, i was goign to use what you quoted yourself on as my next argument....
$80.00 + $80.00 or 100% = $160.00
$160.00 + $40.00 or 50% of $80.00 = $200.00
Therefore $80.00 is 150% less then $200.00
will someone else please chime in on this convo?
its price decrease not increase, hes missing the point
another quote of yours shows you obivously are misunderstanding something:
"Therefore $80.00 is 150% less then $200.00"
I think you need to think about. the 1.5 times is obviously the factor between .08 and .20 But the factor between .20 and .08 is .4 (1 - .6).
I really dont see it.
RIGHT NOW it is at 60% below what it was trading at. a stock can never go down 100% unless it drops off the board. If you had 1000 dollars post reverse in this stock, you would have 400 dollars left!! if the stock was trading at -.1, you would have a stock price decrease of 1.5 (150%)
maybe you english is just wrong, thats what im hoping.
what? this is your quote:
So, with today’s close at .08 the stock is still trading at 150% OR 1.5 times below what it traded at prior to the reverse split.
tell me that a stock can trade 1.5 times below its original value. it is did that it would be at -.10 cents per share.
what???? i think your confused man... its a simple math problem probelm, try to put words to it...
(.0002*1000)= .20 presplit value at 1000 shares = 1
take $.20 and take the difference of the share price currently and the post split price.
$.20 - $.08 = $.12 DIFFERENCE
now to find the actual percentage, you must find how big the difference is in relation to the original price. You can relate it to a single day price move of .20 cents to .08 cents. a 60 % drop.
.12/.2 = .6
Just so its clear, you can never lose more than 100% on a stock investment
That is totally absurb. They are offering recordings to all not involved. it is unfeasable for them to accompany ALL shareholders. what is your vendetta on this company? the PR was fairly well worded and thorough IMO. Live with it, if you dont like it, sell. Im so sick and tired of bashing and to da moon bs. be real people, be logical.
thank you for summing it up -eom
PLEASE read the article. It is confusing because it almost contradicts itself but it is because cash and stock divy's are different. i believe the company made a mistake here.
Im saying that i dont care what was posted in the PR, mistake or whatever, the ex-dividend date is the day after the divy has been paid. Obivously the divy has not been paid so you cannot sell. If you do, you will be obligated to turn over your tlgp shares (the goodlife ones) to the buyer of your shares mona shares
OKAY im a little confused as to why everyone is confused. Here is the paragraph, read about stock diviends. This is from the SEC website:
If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. Your sale includes an obligation to deliver any shares acquired as a result of the dividend to the buyer of your shares, since the seller will receive an I.O.U. or "due bill" from his or her broker for the additional shares. Thus, it is important to remember that the day you can sell your shares without being obligated to deliver the additional shares is not the first business day after the record date, but usually is the first business day after the stock dividend is paid.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/dividen.htm
and waste his/her time? Its on the SEC website: http://www.sec.gov/answers/dividen.htm
No, it isnt wrong. you have to wait until the day of the distribution of the divy or the day after, i cant remember right now and im to lazy to look it up again. But it sounds like you probably should. Its on the sec website.
what is this about?
I would say "milo" is minimar and JUST xu is GM os asia pacific region etc...
level 2 spread?
does haorizi really fit in to what we do? lol, no
ive gotta say that just because we know more about haorizi does not mean canden should be counted out. ive seen people make money on google, and on microcaps. What makes one more important than the other, its possibility to have a large market cap? no
at this point i see them being equally important as you will become a shareholder in both companies. Canden is not just increasing asset value, they are going to be our new main business operations. Take it for what its worth, you can be smart and savvy, or you can be ignorant to certain details just because you dont like them or see how it fits in
interesting
i give a crap seeing as though i will be a shareholder in the future company... why don't you?
i dont know man, spin off? it did change to monarc but we are *supposedly* not supposed to be in the game with garr after all is said and done. soooooo i have a hard time believing/understanding that monarc is what it is and the significance.
why would they say their name is good life china and call the corpoation monarc? maybe im missing a few things, either way im still 'round i guess
thank you, i believe many people lost sight of the canden/esprit transaction as well. goodluck
thats for the new company with canden, not goodlife, IMO
It was stated in past PR's that we would be recieving shares of a NEW company and keeping our efgo shares (later will be with canden). I tend to think that you are right, not a r/s, just a way to divy up the stake in goodlife. But i really really dont know... kind of wierd
that isnt necessarily meaning by christmas. Maybe he/she was hinting at saying "youll be able to afford it". It was, though, announced that we will hear on or before Jan. 1st
right, we will own pretty much own the entire float right? minus big holders that may come out, (garr and such). If we all sell off the pps could drop significantly... if thats the case, they really do need to keep us in mind
that would be ugly
are you serious? that is VERY interesting, or just a really weird coincidence. I guess this christmas wish is running out of time. Take it easy guys
hey man, re read those posts carefully, there is no difference in what hes saying
thats a quote from my intro to management course text; # 1 reason is poor management...
